Return & Refund Policy

Terms and condition for returning or refunding an item:

  • Returns and Refunds are only applicable for incorrect item, faulty item, damage item or item lost.
  • The returned item will be checked with the receipt together and it should be in the exact condition as you bought it from our store.
  • We are not responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 
  • Please make a confirmation by sending a picture via WhatsApp to +011-3242 2222 as reference to our staff before returning back any items to avoid any inconvenience. We will first verify your case and proceed your next steps.
  • Once we have checked and confirm the item, you will received the refund after the confirmation by collecting it by yourself at our store, or by bank transfer.



Warranty Void does not cover IF:

  • Water damage (inclusive water proof model)
  • Drop damage
  • Item cannot turn on
  • Warranty sticker broken or removed
  • Screen cracked
  • Bug or any effect from software update
  • Touch problem
  • Battery
  • Apple ID lock / Face ID / Fingerprint problem
  • Repair or device opened by third party
  • Accesories
