How we grade condition
Excellent
Like new — no scratches, dents, or marks. Battery health above 90%. All functions working perfectly. Original Apple parts (screen, battery). Valid warranty and original receipt are a plus.
Good
Minor signs of use — light scratches on screen or body. Battery health 80–90%. All functions working. All original Apple parts. Box and original accessories included helps.
Fair / Faulty
Visible wear, cracks, dents, or functional issues. Battery below 80%. May have 3rd-party replacement screen or battery. We still buy these — the offer reflects the repair cost involved.
Key factors that affect your quote
Storage capacity
Higher storage models (512GB, 1TB) hold more value than base storage (128GB, 256GB) for the same model.
Battery health
Check in Settings → Battery → Battery Health. Above 90% is ideal; below 80% reduces the offer.
Market demand
Models in high demand fetch better offers. Low-demand models may get less as inventory takes longer to move. iPhones generally retain value well.
Original vs 3rd-party parts
